Sweet Sweet Sixteen

Last month we celebrated our daughters 16th birthday. I made her dress and her attendants dresses. To view picture go to garyphoto.phanfare.com . When you get to the website look up Eboni's sweet sixteen she has on royal blue and the girls have on royal blue and silver.

I used Butterick 5182 (view A) and Mc calls 5850

Next project - a christening dress.

HI,

I came across your blog from a mutul sewing friend, JC. Your daughter looks marvelous. The gowns were georgeous. I'm from MD and it's funny how Sweet 16s are celebrated differently in different regions. Your daughter's party looked like a "tom thumb" wedding. It was beautiful!!!!!!! My daughters are 28 & 26, so I guess I'll have to wait until my granddaughter turns 16 in ten years to steal your wonderful idea! Take care.
